Pats work on the vinyls on our store are AMAZING! We have seen a good increase of traffic learning more about Infinite30, as well as a great presentation. His team even came back to make sure that everything was good to go. Pat also went to the length to talk with the Town of Cary to make sure we were in compliance before going forward. If your in the market for any custom signage or company logo's from stickers to magnetics this is the place to go. They have so much more to offer and have the best customer service I've ever seen. I had a custom pop-up tent made with our company logo printed all over it and all I can say is WOW. The quality of this tent is amazing, not only is the print awesome. The structure of the Tent is the best I've ever seen, So much better than you can buy off the shelve at Academy. Did I mention ho nice they are, you don't feel like a customer, you feel more like a friend or family member. Go check them out!!!
Absolutely love working with Carolina Signsmith! They have made all the signs for our commercial property for the outside of the office door, to the lobby directory and the outside directory. Everything is neat and professional and the quality of work is outstanding. Pat is very personable and quick to get to my requests when I have new tenants moving in. He goes above and beyond making recommendations so that the directories look good and everything is consistent throughout the building. My favorite vendor to deal with hands down! My son wanted a custom made flag for his new treehouse. He was very specific and took the time to design it himself. We reached out to the Carolina Signsmith and sent him a copy of my son’s design. They reached out to us right away to discuss some improvements in my son’s design (which was far from perfect.) The design was perfected by the team, making it symmetrical and REVERSIBLE (which is something my son and I never even considered!) My son and I could not be happier with his flag and now he has the absolute BEST flag of anyone in our neighborhood! Recently, I had a very complicated sign project in two separate countries.
