There are 2 of us on the leadership team. Kim O’Neal has been a Registered Nurse for more than 25 years in Intensive Care and Surgical and Post-Op environments. More important than that, though, is that she has been the “Boss” of the O’Neal family since 1995. That second full-time role has involved raising our two sons, one of whom was born with significant health challenges, through nearly ten relocations, one of which was to the other side of the world.
Pat O’Neal’s career spans 25+ years of manufacturing operations leadership in the areas of Quality, Customer Service, Continuous Process Improvement, and Manufacturing Management in industries that touch everyone’s lives. He’s held positions from Chemist to Quality Manager to Director of Customer Service to Vice President of Manufacturing in more than 20 countries on five continents and nearly every state in the US.
